1. Upgrades require that you provide us with the serial number of your original product.

2. To take advantage of student pricing you must send us a copy of your student id card.

When we receive this information we will provide you with a Promotional Code that will allow you to download the product at the Upgrade or Educational price.

Delivery

All orders are delivered by download from Digital River Inc. Those who wish can order a back up CD with the contents of the download. The CD is delivered by regular mail and there is an additional charge of $10 USD.
